Keep an original copy. Make a transcript and review names, numbers and technical terms. Note any sections that should remain private.

2. Choose complete moments
From this transcript, suggest five self-contained moments for short clips. For each, give the opening line, main idea, necessary context and a suggested title. Do not invent timestamps or quotes.
3. Edit and caption
Choose the duration and aspect ratio for the destination. Keep the speaker’s meaning intact, verify captions and check that faces and on-screen text stay inside safe margins.

4. Review the actual exports
Watch every exported clip with sound, then without sound. Check captions, licensing, credits and whether the hook makes a promise the clip fulfills.
